This building with 35, 1 and 2 bedroom self care apartments with basement car park at Garden Village Port Macquarie, replaces a series of small, old apartments that no longer met the expectations of the Village residents. Garden Village were after a contemporary statement building for this prominent corner of the site, with the building drawing attention from passers by on Hastings River Drive. To complement this was a Wellness Centre hub, nestled between the Village administration and this new apartment building.

We took this project from 80% to ‘Issued for Construction’ documentation and provided Architectural consultancy services throughout construction.
